The first succes factor to think about is: what roles should we create ?
During a previous article, I explained you why you should see our community as central place to store all the information about your health initiatives, rather than yet another communication tool. (If you missed it, you can read it here).
Many of the clients we work with often have the fear that yet another tool will only bring more complexity to their already complex work environment. As an HR professional, you probably already use an Intranet, Skype for Business, the classic mailing system and possibly even additional tools to communicate with your employees. And let's not forget about the individual communication you do around each health initiative you already organize (with our without a partner).

The "Millennials" generation is changing the way we think about work radically. They want to make an impact or have a purpose, and "freedom" is high on their list.
It's time to reset ourselves!
